Mobile Smart Ads prohibits the use of the Service in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("Spam"). You will not receive messages to your phone unless you have completed the registration (Oprt-In) process either from your mobile phone, the Mobile Smart Ads web site, or a promotional entry form found in participating merchant locations.

When you register and use the Service, we ask you for personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number, email address, age, and gender. In an effort to constantly improve the service, we may request redemption information from the merchants within our network.
